I do not take insurance. I am more than happy to provide you with monthly billing statements if you would like and you can submit them to your insurance company to see if they will reimburse you. Most insurance companies require submission within 90 days of treatment, so be sure to submit your statements in a timely manner.  It is important for you to be aware that in order for you to receive reimbursement for mental health services, I am required to provide a diagnosis according to the most updated version of the Diagnostical and Statistical Manual of the American Psychological Association (currently, the DSM V).  If you are concerned about having a mental health diagnosis in your permanent medical record, please notify me and we can discuss your options. 

I am located in between downtown Steamboat and Mount Werner. My office is above Mountain West Insurance overlooking Emerald Mountain. My address is 405 S Lincoln Ave Suite b206.

Yes I use HIPAA compliant platform for my virtual sessions called Simple Practice. I am able to offer therapy for anyone in the state of Colorado. 

Typically I like to start with more frequent sessions (weekly or biweekly) and decrease over time. It often takes a few sessions to build rapport , achieve an accurate assessment, and identify treatment goals.
